Pricing:(inc vat at checkout) All our prices are in Sterling Pounds; we do not sell or quote prices in any other currency. Prices on our website are Retail prices, wholesale prices can be email to you on request. Payment: We accepts Cash, cheques, credit & debt cards and also you can make payment by bank transfer. Note:Payment by cheque: Collection or dispatched of Hats will be after funds have cleared Bank Transfer:- Order will be dispatched after we receive your payment and also please pay the bank transfer charges when doing the transfer.




Exchange & Refund: Fascinator can only be exchanged or refunded within 7 working days of purchase with proof of purchase (excluding Hats), as long as you send the Fascinator back immediately without any damage done to it, We will Credit your account if we have to, with the equivalent amount less the postage cost. we cannot refund postage cost as it has already been used for sending the order. Hats can not be refund or exchange. If your item is damaged in the post we can file a claim. Royal Mail Insures up to 30GBP or Special Delivery as this service insures up to 500GBP UK ONLY. In case of exchange, you may not have to pay shipping twice but only one exchange will be allowed.




In no case will T Hats Gallery accept liability for damage resulting from you to the Hats after delivery. T Hats Gallery accepts no responsibility for significant loss of any kind howsoever caused.

Delivery cost is calculated on this site base on the weight of the parcel-- UK customer only by(Royal Mail) delivery services- (£3.10 to £12.50). £6 to £14.00 or more -Shipping cost for country within the Europe zone 1e.g Ireland, France, Germany etc. Countries outside the Europe zone 1 Cost From £8.00 or more for the first item if you order online, we will confirmed by Mail if any addition cost.


International Delivery: Your Hats will sent by(depending on the postage cost) Royal Mail Airsure or Parcel Force to your country of residence.We are glad to use any courier company of your choice, we will confirm the cost of postage to you and payment received by us before shipping. (Your country, final weight, box size will determine the cost of postage). We will do all we can to make sure that your Hats is deliver to you as soon as possible. Please Note that T Hats gallery does not accept liability for (courier company) delay of or failure in delivery resulting from any cause outside our control.


Production and Delivery – All hats are made on order (production starts after we received your payment part or full)
We will confirm Production time and delivery when we received the order
(large or small order)
For Example: Production for Ten Hats –about 15 working days + 2 days for delivery- UK only
(Please do let us know if you want delivery earlier)
International delivery- Europe within +2-3 days outside Europe +7 days
Send via Parcel Force Courier Company; please tell us if you want us to use a courier of your choice.
International Delivery: Your Hats will sent by Parcel Force to your country of residence.

How do I return an item?
