Note:Payment by cheque: Collection or dispatched of Hats will be after funds have cleared Bank Transfer:- Order will be dispatched after we receive your payment and also please pay the bank transfer charges when doing the transfer.




Exchange & Refund: Fascinator can only be exchanged or refunded within 7 working days of purchase with proof of purchase (excluding Hats), as long as you send the Fascinator back immediately without any damage done to it, We will Credit your account if we have to, with the equivalent amount less the postage cost. we cannot refund postage cost as it has already been used for sending the order. Hats can not be refund or exchange. If your item is damaged in the post we can file a claim. Royal Mail Insures up to 30GBP or Special Delivery as this service insures up to 500GBP UK ONLY. In case of exchange, you may not have to pay shipping twice but only one exchange will be allowed.

How do I return an item?

Exchange & Refund: Fascinator can only be exchanged or refunded within five working days of purchase with proof of purchase (excluding Hats), as long as you send the Fascinator back immediately without any damage done to it, We will Credit your account if we have to, with the equivalent amount less the postage cost. we cannot refund postage cost as it has already been used for sending the order. Hats can not be refund or exchange.
If your item is damaged in the post we can file a claim. Royal Mail Insures up to 30GBP or Special Delivery as this service insures up to 500GBP UK ONLY.
In case of exchange, you may not have to pay shipping twice but only one exchange will be allowed.
